Ensure consistent revenue generation across all products Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and Unlisted Shares.
Conduct regular meetings with clients and prospects to generate quality leads and close business.
Provide timely solutions to RMs queries and support them in handling client objections.
Monitor daily activities, track performance, and motivate the team towards achieving branch goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring excellent service and financial guidance.
Identify new business opportunities, plan strategies, and drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 year of experience in Wealth Management / Financial Products / Team Handling.
Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and Unlisted Shares.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to inspire a team.
