Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for an on-site role in Madurai. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable products and services. The role involves engaging with clients proactively, addressing inquiries, providing financial advice, and driving customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will work to ensure clients investment strategies align with their goals, while identifying opportunities to grow the business.

  • Proficiency in financial products and services, including equity and commodity trading, and wealth management advisory
  • Knowledge in E-broking, E-KYC, and customized financial solutions

  • Ability to meet targets and effectively manage client portfolios
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in financial services, client relations, or sales is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business management
