Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kota for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client financial goals, providing tailored investment advice, cross-selling financial products, addressing customer queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves achieving sales and performance targets by identifying new business opportunities and assisting clients in their financial decision-making process.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-lasting relationships
- Knowledge in financial services, equity and commodity trading, wealth management, and investment advisory
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to provide accurate and strategic financial recommendations
- Ability to manage and resolve client queries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and identify business opportunities
- Self-motivated, professional, and organized, with the ability to work on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in financial services, broking, or client relationship management is advantageous
- Working knowledge of financial tools and platforms is a plus
