Job Description

BASIC Home Loan is a Gurgaon-based fintech company simplifying the home loan journey for customers across India. Through our phygital model (technology + on-ground field agents), we connect customers with leading banks and housing finance companies to ensure faster approvals, smoother documentation, and hassle-free disbursementespecially for middle- and low-income families.

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, ambitious freshers who are eager to start their career in field sales & financial services. As a Sales Intern, you will receive hands-on training, real market exposure, and the opportunity to convert into a full-time role with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate business through leads, referrals, and market outreach
  • Conduct field sales activities and achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Understand customer loan requirements and recommend suitable home loan products
  • Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and approvals
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and CRM updates
  • Meet monthly & quarterly sales performance goals
  • Provide post-sales customer support to ensure a smooth loan experience

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn, hustle, and grow in a sales role
  • Comfortable with field sales and on-ground customer interactions
  • Basic understanding of sales or finance (complete training provided)
  • Customer-first mindset with a target-driven attitude
  • Ability to handle pressure and work towards revenue goals

Eligibility

  • UG / PG candidates from any discipline can apply
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Must be an immediate joiner
  • Comfortable with postings in Delhi / Noida / Gurgaon
