About the Opportunity

Recruit Forge is hiring for its client, Marzi by Primus, for the role of Relationship Manager Intern. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, building meaningful relationships, and managing customer experiences. You will work directly with members, helping them explore curated experiences and ensuring a seamless community engagement journey.

Recruitment Process:Candidates must complete a video submission as part of the hiring process.

Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager Intern, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Marzi members. You will manage relationships from lead generation to ongoing engagement, helping members discover curated events and experiences while ensuring high satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Onboarding

  • Reach out proactively to leads generated through online or offline channels
  • Introduce members to Marzi and its community-driven philosophy
  • Build rapport and trust through thoughtful and engaging conversations

Relationship Building

  • Listen carefully to understand member preferences, interests, and lifestyle needs
  • Document insights and feedback to improve member experiences
  • Maintain detailed records of member interactions and preferences

Sales & Performance

  • Achieve weekly targets related to curated event and travel experience sales
  • Conduct at least 50 meaningful conversational calls per day
  • Encourage users to engage in paid activities and become active members

Communication & Support

  • Share clear summaries of conversations with members via WhatsApp
  • Ensure members feel understood and valued during every interaction
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned users

Coordination & Issue Resolution

  • Handle member queries, concerns, and requests promptly
  • Coordinate internally with teams to resolve issues within defined timelines
  • Ensure complete resolution of all member requests

Preferred Background

  • Experience in relationship management, hospitality, community management, sales, or concierge services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call-based workflows
  • Experience selling memberships, events, or travel experiences is a plus
