Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mahasi for a Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include client consultations, product demonstrations, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and support the growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and nurture client relationships
- Experience in sales and customer service, with the ability to handle client queries and concerns
- Proficiency in understanding and explaining insurance products to customers
