The Select Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with premium customers of the bank. The role focuses on portfolio growth, customer engagement, and delivering superior banking solutions across liability, asset, and wealth products.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new high‑value customers through referrals, networking, and family grouping
• Grow the liability portfolio (CASA/FD) through deepening of existing relationships
• Drive cross‑sell of wealth, insurance, investment, and loan products
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide end‑to‑end servicing for all banking needs
• Enhance customer engagement by offering personalized financial solutions
• Achieve monthly revenue, acquisition, and product penetration targets
• Participate actively in branch‑level campaigns
• Ensure complete adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance processes
Education & Experience
• Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance or Commerce preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience
• Preferred: 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager
• Experience in target‑driven sales roles is an added advantage
Certifications
• Valid AMFI / IRDA certifications (expired certificates may also be considered)

• Ability to pitch multiple products confidently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage high‑value client expectations
