Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager Customer Support to manage and nurture customer relationships, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via calls, emails, and chat.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales) to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and improvement areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in Customer Support / Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
