Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and business requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client requirements and address concerns proactively.
- Coordinate with implementation, support, accounts, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure smooth onboarding and post-implementation support.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations while ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and additional service offerings.
- Manage the timely renewal of AMCs, subscriptions, licenses, and service agreements.
- Conduct periodic business review meetings and gather customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate client records, communication history, and follow-up activities in CRM/Bitrix.
- Prepare account reports, renewal forecasts, customer health reports, and management updates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Ensure all client commitments are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
- Maintain the confidentiality of client information and business data.
