Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying clients real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include client interactions, property tours, maintaining records, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in sales and customer service within the real estate or related industries
  • Proficiency in networking, client engagement, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to understand market trends and offer data-driven insights
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and other relevant software tools
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in real estate, along with knowledge of the Mumbai property market, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
