Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager – Banca Insurance role based in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will work closely with bank branches to drive life insurance business, build strong relationships with bank staff, and support them in achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing customers sourced through the bank, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable life insurance products. The role involves regular branch visits, conducting product presentations and training sessions for bank teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and policy issuance. The Relationship Manager will also monitor portfolio performance, follow up on renewals, resolve customer queries, and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely service and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
