Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager Home Loans (Mortgage)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales professional to drive the Home Loan business across India. The candidate will be responsible for business growth through open market channels, DSAs, and brokers, while managing relationships and ensuring target achievement across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth through open market channels, DSAs, and broker networks.
Ensure achievement of sourcing and disbursement targets across North, East, South, and West zones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to maximize lead inflow and conversions.
Track performance metrics, ensure timely reporting, and maintain compliance with internal processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth lead flow, process improvements, and faster turnaround times (TAT).

Key Requirements:

Graduate or Postgraduate with 58 years of experience in Home Loan Sales or Mortgage Distribution.
Proven experience working with DSA and Broker networks across multiple locations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage targets and performance metrics.
Willingness to travel across zones as required.
