- Creating sales opportunities for self and team members.
- Acquisition: focus on lending to new customers, championing the purpose of building a large home loan book with high yield.
- Book Quality: maintaining portfolio quality.
- Maintain highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance.
- Adopt and promote Digital.
- Groom and mentor team.
- Building and relationship with colleagues in other business verticals for X Sell opportunities.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any
Post Graduation: MBA, PGDM
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
