Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Ghaziabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored housing finance solutions. Key responsibilities include client onboarding, loan application processing, achieving sales targets, resolving customer queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires collaborating with internal teams and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven experience with customer service, sales, and account management
  • Understanding of housing finance products, loan processing, and financial markets
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Ability to meet targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in financial services or banking is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
