Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and/or institutional clients, acting as a primary point of contact for their investment and trading needs. Daily responsibilities include understanding client profiles and risk appetite, recommending suitable investment products across equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and other instruments, and assisting clients with account opening, KYC, and 3-in-1 account usage. The role involves monitoring client portfolios, providing timely market updates, cross-selling relevant products, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams for trade execution, service requests, and issue resolution, while adhering to regulatory guidelines, internal processes, and compliance standards. Targets-based performance, regular client meetings, and maintaining accurate records and reports are also key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
