Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will focus on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs, and offering personalized financial solutions. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, conducting financial advisory sessions, cross-selling financial products, and liaising with internal teams to fulfill client needs. The candidate will also focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, and investment planning tools
  • Skills in client portfolio management and cross-selling financial products
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Driven by results with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools, along with numeracy skills
  • Experience in financial advisory or sales roles is a strong advantage
