We have a requirement of Working RM position in BBG segment for Kanchipuram & Vellore locations.
1. Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CIB) are an added advantage
2. Experience
3-7 years of experience in corporate or business banking, preferably in working capital finance / commercial lending with Proven experience managing SME / Mid-Corporate client portfolios.
Strong background in credit analysis, cash flow assessment, and trade finance.
3. Technical Skills
In-depth knowledge of working capital products:
Cash credit / overdraft, Trade finance (LCs, BGs), Short-term loans
Ability to interpret financial statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow projections.
Skilled in credit underwriting, risk assessment, and preparing credit proposals.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines.
4. Relationship Management Skills
Ability to acquire new clients and grow existing portfolios.
Strong negotiation and cross-selling ability for banking products.
Effective client communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain high-value relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Behavioral Competencies
Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
Result-oriented with the ability to meet sales and portfolio quality targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the working capital portfolio.
Conduct credit assessments and prepare loan proposals.
Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with credit policies.
Acquire new corporate clients through market mapping and business development.
Provide financial advice and customized solutions
