Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kaushambi Ghaziabad for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored housing finance solutions. Daily tasks include identifying and onboarding new customers, supporting them throughout the loan process, driving customer satisfaction, managing existing customer portfolios, and ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships effectively
- Sales and negotiation skills for identifying prospective clients and closing transactions
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client requirements and recommending suitable solutions
- Knowledge of housing finance, loan products, and related financial regulations
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in the financial or housing loan sector is advantageous
