Business Development & Sales
- Present and promote comprehensive financial products and services.
- Engage with partners and end customers (B2C) to drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and strategic goals.
- Monitor performance, gather feedback, and report on business impact.
Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new franchises and business partners.
- Ensure a seamless transition into the organization, including welcome materials, inter-department coordination for payout setups, and timely completion of paperwork.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
