Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will deliver excellent client management by assisting customers with their financial and investment needs. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with investors, providing expert advice, analyzing client requirements, offering tailored investment solutions, handling queries, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure sustained client satisfaction. The role will also involve meeting sales goals and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Relationship building, client management, and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze financial requirements and deliver personalized investment solutions
• Sales acumen with experience in achieving financial targets and objectives
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience or knowledge in financial products, investments, and mutual funds
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Previous experience in financial advisory or investment management is an advantage
