Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their real estate needs, and providing customized solutions. Key duties include following up on leads, conducting property consultations, offering expert advice, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Collaboration with various teams for smooth client onboarding and addressing customer requirements is essential. Regular reporting on sales activities and customer interactions is also expected.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and client handling
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide expert property recommendations
  • Sales and business development experience, preferably in real estate or related industries
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Bengaluru's real estate market is a plus
