IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-First Wealth to join our team in Panaji, Goa. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the First Wealth portfolio of the branch, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing First Wealth clients, and actively acquire new clients through referrals and other business development activities
- Understand the financial needs and goals of clients and provide them with suitable investment solutions and products
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely updates to clients on market trends and investment performance
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to cross-sell products and services to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of investment products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market and customer base in Panaji, Goa is preferred
