Role Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, offering appropriate financial products, cross-selling bank services, achieving branch targets, and assisting clients with any concerns or inquiries. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless banking experience.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills to manage and grow customer accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in sales, account management, and cross-selling banking products and services.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills essential for dealing with diverse customers and teams.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous work experience in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous.
