Primary Responsibility:

Maintain high level of knowledge across business banking products and services offered to this segment especially FX, CMS, NBD Channels , processes and procedures , RBI & FEMA regulations pertaining to this segment

1. Responsible for delivery of superior service experience to all Diplomatic Segment clients through face to face interactions at the branch or service requests received over phone, fax and Email. Be responsive to client's needs and actively participate and provide timely updates
2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all customer requirements as per laid down operating procedures. All complaints to be resolved timely and to client's satisfaction.
3. Be a team player and work closely with the RM to help in NTB acquisition & cross selling by providing Leads, references & aiding conversion for Diplomat/ Embassy accounts & related accounts. Contribute towards increasing ANR/ TFX revenue wallet share
4. Responsible for onboarding customers and cross sell of net banking solutions to clients welcome calling, support client engagement initiatives through the cycle of the client including birthday and anniversary greetings
5. Maintain high level of knowledge across business banking products and services offered to this segment especially FX, CMS, NBD Channels , processes and procedures , RBI & FEMA regulations pertaining to this segment
6. Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.
7. Ensuring 360 client engagement Total Client Ownership.
