Kashti Finserv is a fast-growing fintech NBFC focused on making education affordable through innovative loan products and institute partnerships. We empower students with easy access to education financing by collaborating with colleges, coaching institutes, and EdTech platforms across India.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Relationship Manager (RM) to manage and grow partnerships with educational institutes, EdTechs, and training centers. The RM will be responsible for maintaining strong institute relationships, driving student loan logins, and ensuring smooth coordination between institutes, students, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new institutes, colleges, and EdTech partners into the company's ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institute SPOCs (Single Point of Contact) for continuous student referrals.
  • Drive student loan applications (logins) through partnered institutes.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness drives at institutes to promote education loan offerings.
  • Ensure timely collection of student documents and login into LOS/LMS system.
  • Act as a bridge between institutes, students, and internal teams (Credit, Ops, Collections) for smooth processing.
  • Track, monitor, and report daily/weekly logins, approvals, and disbursements from each partner institute.
  • Resolve institute or student-related queries promptly to maintain strong relationships.
  • Achieve monthly targets of partner acquisition, logins, and disbursements.
  • Identify new opportunities to deepen engagement with existing partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • 25 years of experience in Education Loans, NBFCs, Banking, or EdTech Partnerships.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in partner/channel management is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple institutes and drive business through them.
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales/logins.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
  • Willingness to travel to institute locations regularly.
