Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager/Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage New and existing institute partnerships and drive education loan applications (case logins). The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing institutional relationships, enabling on-ground activation, and ensuring end-to-end support for student loan journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Institute Relationship Management
Own and manage relationships with assigned institutes, colleges, and EdTech partners
Conduct regular partnermeetings, and training sessions
Ensure smooth implementation of Kashti's loan process at partner locations
Sales & Activation
Drive student lead generation and loan application (login) volumes from partner institutes
Ensure all cases are sourced as per credit policy and documentation checklist
Organize student awareness sessions, on-campus events, and counselling drives
Case Tracking & Coordination
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and disbursement teams to ensure TAT adherence
Track case status: Logged-in, Approved, Rejected, Disbursed
Follow up on pending documents or data from students/institutes
Reporting & Performance
Maintain daily/weekly MIS of case logins and conversions
Meet monthly login and disbursal targets as assigned
Report partner feedback and suggest process improvements
Key Requirements:
24 years of experience in NBFC/Fintech/EdTech in a B2B/B2C field role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in handling education loans, institute tie-ups, or DSAs preferred
Result-oriented, target-driven, and comfortable with field activation
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field
Prior experience in loan sales or education financing is a plus
