Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Surat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate life insurance solutions. Day-to-day activities include regular communication with clients, conducting financial analyses, promoting products, and meeting business targets. The role also involves maintaining records, preparing reports, and staying updated on market trends and insurance products to provide the best customer service and solutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and customer consultation
- Ability to analyze financial needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of the life insurance industry or financial products is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
