Job Description

New client acquisition

  • Source new-to-bank (NTB) current account customers for premium or business segments through market visits, industry scoping, and referrals.
  • Engage in direct customer interaction and canvassing to expand the current account customer base within a designated catchment area.
  • Explain and sell various current account products and services to prospective business customers.

Relationship and portfolio management

  • Develop and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing business clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, service issues, and account-related needs.
  • Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling and upselling other banking products, such as liabilities, investments, insurance, and loans.
  • Capture and maximize business opportunities through detailed client profiling.

Sales and target achievement

  • Achieve allocated sales targets for new customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
  • Plan and execute sales tactics, including conducting regular customer meetings and portfolio reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the bank's CRM system.
