Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. The day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing customer accounts, resolving client inquiries, developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, and driving business growth by identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
