We are looking for ambitious, relationship-driven individuals who can build trust with students and parents while also driving consultations and enrollments.

Position: Relationship Manager

Location: Noida

Department: Growth & Admissions

Experience: 1–5 Years

Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with students and parents, understanding their academic goals, guiding them through the admissions journey, and converting qualified leads into enrolled clients.

This role requires someone who combines empathy, communication, and consultative selling skills. You should be comfortable speaking with high-intent parents and students, handling follow-ups, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building

  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, Zoom meetings, and events
  • Understand student aspirations, academic background, and university goals
  • Become a trusted advisor throughout the admissions journey
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement with prospective families

Sales & Conversion

  • Convert qualified leads into paid admissions consulting clients
  • Conduct profile assessment and consultation calls
  • Explain CollegePass services, outcomes, and value proposition effectively
  • Handle objections confidently and guide families toward enrollment decisions
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets

Lead Management

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads efficiently
  • Track conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline status using CRM tools
  • Ensure fast response times and high-quality communication
  • Coordinate with advisors and internal teams for smooth onboarding

Event & Campaign Support

  • Support webinars, seminars, and online/offline events
  • Engage with event attendees and convert them into consultations
  • Assist in lead nurturing campaigns through WhatsApp, email, and calls

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent relationship-building ability
  • Confident in consultative selling
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand parent psychology and student aspirations
  • Organized and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Background

  • Experience in admissions consulting, edtech, counseling, banking, hospitality, luxury sales, or relationship management
  • Experience handling high-value clients is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
