Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, Haryana for a Junior Relationship Manager (Telecaller). The primary responsibilities include interacting with clients over the phone to understand their insurance needs, providing product information, addressing queries, and assisting with insurance services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client communication and fostering strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and services, or a willingness to learn about Life and General insurance options.
• Skills in customer service, including the ability to resolve queries, handle objections, and provide clear explanations.
• Organizational and record-keeping abilities to maintain accurate client information and communication history.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and CRM tools is a plus.
• Professional attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
