Position: Relationship Manager Home Loan Sales (DSA)

Department: Sales

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Gurgaon

Reports To: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary: Drive home loan sales through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), support their performance, identify new opportunities, and ensure smooth customer loan processing.

23 years of experience in Home Loan Sales/ Financial Sales (mandatory)

Experience working with DSAs preferred

• Strong sales, negotiation & communication skills
• Good knowledge of home loan products and market
• Ability to generate leads and close deals
• Familiar with CRM tools & MS Office

1. Sales & Business Development

Achieve home loan sales targets via DSAs

Onboard and expand DSA network

Generate leads and improve conversions

Guide DSAs on sales strategies

2. Customer Management

Build and maintain customer relationships

Resolve queries and ensure smooth experience

Coordinate for timely loan processing

3. Loan Process

Ensure complete and accurate documentation

Work with credit/processing teams for approvals

Maintain compliance with policies

4. Market Insights

Track market trends and competitor activity

Share insights to improve sales

5. Reporting & Compliance

Monitor sales performance

Ensure regulatory compliance

Maintain CRM records

Qualifications

Graduate (ONLY Finance/Sales/Marketing preferred)
