Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Patna. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, providing financial advice, cross-selling various financial products, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, managing client portfolios, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives. Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to client retention and acquisition efforts are key components of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed business targets
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for financial planning and advising
• Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant financial software
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar financial services or investment advisory role is preferred
