Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying client needs, delivering excellent support, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, conducting regular client reviews, understanding market trends, and collaborating with teams to meet client objectives. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Support, and Networking
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to Analyze Market Trends and make insights-driven decisions
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Insurance Advisory is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and basic IT tools
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and time management capabilities
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is an added advantage
