Relationship Manager - Channel Partnership

• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
• Support partners through structured training, product orientation, and ongoing enablement to ensure their success.
• Manage the performance of existing partners and implement strategies to maximize their sales outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, working collaboratively to meet shared business goals.
• Align channel initiatives with the sales team to ensure consistent execution of overall sales strategies.
• Monitor market movements, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to refine channel approaches.
• Create and manage channel budgets, forecasts, and program plans including incentives, marketing support, and training.
• Track, measure, and report partner performance using defined metrics such as sales, revenue contribution, and engagement levels.
• Address challenges, resolve conflicts, and provide continuous guidance to channel partners.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to strengthen the partner network and enhance company visibility.

Experience Required:

• 35 years of experience in channel management or sales.
• Hands-on experience using CRM tools and managing partner pipelines.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and channel-driven business structures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
