Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the property buying and selling lifecycle.
- Guide buyers and sellers through each stage of the transaction process, from offer acceptance to property registration.
- Address client queries proactively and ensure a smooth, transparent customer experience.
- Coordinate with lawyers, bankers, housing societies, and registrars to facilitate seamless property registration.
- Ensure all legal, financial, and transactional documents are accurately prepared, reviewed, and submitted on time.
- Track transaction progress and keep clients informed at every stage.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by maintaining strong client relationships and driving repeat business and referrals.
Experience Required
- 4 - 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management, preferably within real estate.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end property transactions and client coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
- Familiarity with property registration processes and related documentation is an advantage.
Education:Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation
