Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager with hands-on experience in South Mumbai real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving property sales, and delivering a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for luxury / premium real estate projects in South Mumbai
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation to deal closure
  • Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Follow up with clients and ensure high conversion ratios
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in South Mumbai real estate sales (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of South Mumbai micro-markets (e.g., Worli, Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience dealing with premium/luxury properties preferred
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Presentable and professional personality
