Job Description

To cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with assigned bank branches, serving as the primary liaison for Care Health Insurance. This role is instrumental in driving health insurance sales, ensuring optimal branch activation, fostering high productivity among bank staff, and building enduring relationships at the branch level to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand market reach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Strategically plan and execute initiatives to consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for health insurance products through partner bank branches.
  • Monitor sales performance of bank branches regularly, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.

Branch Activation & Penetration:

  • Focus on increasing the number of active bank branches participating in health insurance sales by identifying potential branches and establishing new relationships.
  • Ensure deep penetration within existing active branches, maximizing their potential for insurance business generation.

Bank Staff Engagement & Motivation:

  • Encourage, motivate, and build strong rapport with bank branch managers and front-line staff to foster their active participation in selling health insurance.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to bank employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.

Training & Capability Building:

  • Arrange and facilitate regular training programs for bank staff on Care Health Insurance products, policy features, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal training teams to customize and deliver impactful training modules that enhance the selling capabilities of bank personnel.

Productivity Enhancement:

  • Implement strategies to continuously increase the productivity per active bank branch and per bank employee engaged in insurance sales.
  • Analyze sales data and collaborate with bank staff to identify bottlenecks and optimize sales processes.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting, and collaborative relationships with all levels of bank branch staff, from branch managers to customer service executives.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for bank partners, addressing their queries and resolving operational issues promptly to ensure seamless business flow.

Measures of Success:

  • Achievement of defined sales targets for health insurance products.
  • Effectiveness of Relationship Management at the Branch Level, reflected in partner engagement and support.
  • Growth in the number of active bank branches.
  • Enhancement of sales productivity per bank branch.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing and motivating others.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and transfer knowledge.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess branch performance and implement improvements.
  • Proficiency in understanding sales data and generating actionable insights.
