Organisation Overview -

24 Dimensions is an 8 years aged Real Estate Mandate Firm based in Pune. We have a strong hold on the projects based in southern region (Katraj, Kondhwa, Swargate, Ambegaon) of the Pune.

Role Overview -

The Sales Executive will be responsible for client acquisition, property presentation and site visit handling, deal closures, for residential and/or commercial projects of 24 Dimensions. This role is performance-driven and directly linked to business growth.

Reporting to - Site Head

Key Responsibilities -

  1. Coordinate with the Pre-Sales team to arrange a smooth process for aligned visits.
  2. Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
  3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable flats.
  4. Negotiate pricing, and terms in alignment with company guidelines.
  5. Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  6. Handle client objections and resolve concerns professionally.
  7. Update all lead and client interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  8. Maintaining a professional etiquette with clients and channel partners/brokers.
  9. Share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
  10. Track conversions from site visits to bookings.

Skills-

  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Basic understanding of real estate sales.
  3. Basic understanding of Excel sheets.
  4. Understanding of pricing, payment plans, and agreements.
  5. Basic knowledge of RERA norms and compliance.
  6. Freshers or Experienced, both are welcomed.
  7. Willingness to work on weekends and on-site office.

Must Pre-requisite of Work -

  1. After shortlisting the resumes, the interview round will be conducted Offline. Thus, make sure you'll be able to commute to the venue for the same.
  2. You must attempt and clear the RERA exam, during the probation period after joining.
  3. You will be required to Work From the Site Office.
  4. You must stay presentable and maintain a formal conduct of work during office hours.
  5. Your 1 statutory week-off can be taken on any day between Mon-Thur, as Fri-Sun are compulsory working.
  6. 2 days prior approval must beobtained for the leaves.
  7. Must follow the office timings and schedules.
