Role Description
New Agent Development: Develop new agents by promoting a range of general insurance products like Motor, Non-Motor, Health, WC, Property, Fire & Marine Insurance.
Client Servicing: Provide dedicated support to clients on policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term agent relationships and ensure excellent post-sale service.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with underwriting, claims, operations, and other teams to ensure timely and seamless service.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products.
Eligibility:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Experience: 1.57 years (experience in insurance sales, BFSI, or broking preferred)
Certifications: IRDA certification (preferred, not mandatory
