Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Relationship Manager - BBG. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with commercial and business banking clients. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to provide personalized banking solutions, identifying potential business opportunities, and ensuring the overall growth and profitability of client accounts. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams for effective service delivery and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.
Qualifications- Sound Knowledge in Working Capital Facilities
- Good Prior experience in structuring deals for corporates for their Working Capital management
- Only Tamilnadu candidates are eligible to apply and local language is mandatory
- Strong Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Prior minimum 2 years Experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
