We are hiring for the
Banca Channel role in
Pune . The candidate will be responsible for generating
insurance business through bank partners and managing strong relationships with
bank staff customers .
Roles Responsibilities
- Drive insurance sales via bank branches (Banca Channel)
- Build maintain relationships with bank staff customers
- Conduct product training for bank employees
- Achieve monthly quarterly business targets
- Support customers in policy issuance documentation
- Ensure post-sales service renewals
- Maintain daily sales activity reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in Banca / Insurance / BFSI sales
- Graduation compulsory
- Strong communication relationship management skills
- Target-oriented approach
