Profile / Function:
- Sourcing business from NBFC and Bank partnerships in the designated geography, including Mortgage partners, Co-operative Banks, MFIs, and Gold Loan partners
- Meeting monthly sales and revenue targets
- Providing partners with comprehensive product-service consultations and conducting product and process training for partner staff
- Extensive travel across allocated geography to meet partners and customers as per a pre-approved travel plan
- Upselling and cross-selling products to partner customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identifying new partnership opportunities and passing qualified leads to the reporting manager
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
- Ensuring high client satisfaction to drive smooth and consistent business
Good-to-Have Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Adequate knowledge of General Insurance (GI) products, especially Health and Commercial lines
- Experience in cross-selling loan protection policies
- Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Good communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building capabilities
