Role Description

The Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing customer relationships to offer tailored life insurance solutions that meet individual needs. Primary responsibilities include understanding customer financial goals, presenting suitable product options, handling queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction while growing the client base. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong sales acumen with experience in consultative selling and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of financial and insurance products such as ULIPs, term plans, and retirement policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first approach
  • Prior experience in an insurance, banking, or financial services role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
