Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Kanpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and ensuring satisfaction with company products and services. Key tasks include analyzing customer requirements, providing personalized insurance solutions, maintaining client records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand the client base and achieving sales and retention targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
