Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Srinagar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking and investment solutions. Key responsibilities include achieving business and revenue targets, delivering exceptional service to clients, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies. The role will also involve cross-selling bank products, nurturing long-term customer relationships, and actively contributing to the branch's overall success.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management, client servicing, and customer retention skills.
  • Proficiency in managing banking products, including loans, deposits, and investment options.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Organizational and analytical skills to manage client portfolios and meet business goals.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, financial services, and banking operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working in sales, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
