Relationship Manager

This is a full-time on-site position located in Kolkata for a Relationship Manager at ARSSBL. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client objectives, and offering tailored financial solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, advising clients on investment opportunities, analyzing financial data and market trends, and providing timely insights and reports. The role also involves ensuring excellent client servicing and meeting performance targets in terms of business and revenue.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in financial analysis, market research, and investment advisory
• Knowledge of financial products across asset classes, including equities, mutual funds, and insurance
• Experience in sales, lead generation, and achieving revenue targets in financial services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage client needs
• Relevant certifications in finance and investment (e.g., NISM certifications) are preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software is advantageous
• Prior experience in the financial services or investment banking sector is beneficial
