Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure personalized financial support and advice. Key responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of clients, assessing individual customer needs, providing tailored investment strategies, and achieving client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, investment services, and market analysis.
  • Experience in client portfolio management and delivering customized advisory solutions.
  • Proficiency in digital applications and platforms for financial services.
  • Educational qualifications in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Industry certifications such as NISM or CFP are advantageous.
  • Proactive attitude, client-centric approach, and ability to achieve defined financial goals.
  • Previous experience in the financial or wealth management sector is preferred.
