Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

  • Drive Mutual Fund sales through Private Banks, Wealth Management desks, and National Distributors across the Kolkata territory
  • Execute territory sales plans, own revenue targets, and ensure timely reporting and compliance adherence
  • Deliver consistent incremental net sales and contribute to robust long-term assets

Relationship Management

  • Build, deepen, and manage high-quality relationships with senior fund managers, channel heads, and key influencers
  • Conduct regular client engagements to understand requirements, provide product insights, and support portfolio discussions
  • Expand market share by developing high-conviction engagement plans for priority partners

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track competitor activity and gather market intelligence
  • Relay insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize distribution approach
