Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Executive based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. In this role, the Relationship Executive will interact with clients to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships. Responsibilities include delivering superior customer service, assisting with product selections, providing tailored jewelry recommendations, managing customer queries, and contributing to an unparalleled client experience at ORRA Fine Jewellery.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build enduring client relationships
• Customer service orientation and an ability to understand customer preferences and needs
• Sales and negotiation skills with the capability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, or diamonds is preferred, but not mandatory
• Professional, well-groomed demeanor with a focus on delivering a premium client experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using POS systems and familiarity with retail operations is an advantage
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
